4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Policy

When making a deposit you must use a payment account registered in your own name. Using a third-party account or a payment method registered in someone else's name is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. Bonus wagering requirement: 15x (deposit + bonus).

• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳32,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — total balance ৳47,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are only applicable for use in games on the gbajhe platform.
• Withdrawals cannot be made after accepting a bonus until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Using bonuses for fraudulent purposes may result in account cancellation.

5.3 VIP Program

gbajhe's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Advancing to a higher tier unlocks various benefits including weekly cashback: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, and 0.8% at Platinum.

6. Betting and Gaming Policy

All bets and gaming decisions on the gbajhe platform are made at the member's own responsibility. A bet or round once confirmed generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

• The outcome of all games is determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG).
• In the event of a network disconnection during a live game, gbajhe will act in accordance with its established policy.
• gbajhe reserves the right to void or refund bets if a technical issue occurs in any game.
• In sports betting, official results will be the basis for gbajhe's decisions.
• For betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, or any other tournament, standard rules will apply for officially suspended or cancelled matches.

6.1 Maximum Win Limit

gbajhe reserves the right to limit the maximum win amount on specific games or betting markets. These limits will be stated on the relevant game page or in the promotional offer.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gbajhe platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Using the bonus system in a fraudulent manner (e.g., bonus abuse, matched betting strategies).
• Using automated software, bots, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to gbajhe's systems or network.
• Harassing other members or using abusive language.
• Colluding with other members to place bets in a coordinated manner.

8. Platform Limitations

gbajhe strives to maintain uninterrupted service quality, however temporary issues may arise in the following situations:

• During scheduled maintenance periods (typically in the early hours of the morning).
• Due to network issues with internet service providers.
• Due to server issues with third-party game providers (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI).
• Due to unexpected technical outages under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

gbajhe is not liable for any loss caused by such technical issues. However, gbajhe will always strive to protect members' fair interests, and if any bet or game remains incomplete due to a technical issue, it will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken.

11. Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 Balance After Account Closure

The balance of an account closed due to policy violations may be forfeited. The valid balance of an account closed at the member's own request will remain withdrawable, however all active bonuses will be forfeited.
